Barry Patrick Robinson, 61, of Alamosa, Colo., passed away on June 21, 2024, after a brief illness.
Barry was born on Nov. 5, 1962, to Patricia J. Robinson, and Frederick J. Robinson Jr., in Winslow, Ariz. After Barry graduated from Winslow High School in 1982, he moved to Alamosa, Colo., to work construction with his brother Kevin.
Barry had a warm smile, a wonderful sense of humor, loved working with his hands, and riding his bicycle in all weather.
Barry was preceded in death by his mother Patricia J. (Boatright) Robinson, father Frederick J. Robinson Jr., brother Kevin J. Robinson, and sister Michaelene A. Robinson.
He is survived by three sisters, and one niece Margaret E. (Robinson) Vorpagel, Gail M. Robinson, Sheila B. (Robinson) Dailey, and his niece Adria M. (Vorpagel) Bothe.
A celebration of his life will be held on Aug. 17, 2024, at 2 p.m. at La Puente Home located at 913 State Ave., Alamosa, Colo. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to La Puente Home, 913 State Ave., Alamosa, CO 81101, an organization Barry felt strongly about.
