Elizabeth June “Judy” Day, age 67, passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 6th at the Denver Hospice Center in Denver, Colorado. Judy was born July 11, 1951 in Del Norte, Colorado to Aileen Frances Bradshaw Keeling and Will Jackson Keeling. Judy was the youngest of seven children. She graduated from Del Norte High School. She resided in Del Norte, Colorado at the time of her passing.

Judy was survived by her son James Wayne “Jimmy” Getz. Sister Betty Brian and husband Gene of Norton, Kansas. Brother David Keeling and wife Debbie of San Diego, California. Brother James Keeling of Alamosa, Colorado.  Sister-in-law Diane (Bill) Keeling of Chandler, Arizona.  She was a loving grandmother, great-grandmother and aunt to many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her son David Lee Getz, her parents, Brother Bill Keeling, Bob Keeling and Ben Keeling.

Judy will be buried at the Del Norte cemetery where a headstone will be placed in her honor. Memorial services will be announced at a later date.
