ALAMOSA — Former Alamosa resident James Douglas Harrell, 43, passed away on August 29, 2020.  He was born on May 19, 1977 in Amarillo, Texas to Jim and Susan (Cunningham) Harrell.  He enjoyed camping, hunting and fishing.

He is survived by his mother, Susan Harrell of Horca, Colorado as well as one brother.

James was preceded in death by his father Jim Douglas Harrell.
