SANTA FE, N.M. — Rebecca Thompson, 71, died Jan. 22, 2020 at her home in Santa Fe, NM.

She was born in Del Norte to Robert Thropp and Ruth Brownell Thropp on April 13, 1948.

She held many different jobs. Her favorite was when she created her own clothing line in Seattle. Wash., Her last passion was learning to ride dressage.  She had a beautiful horse and she was riding him competitively,  doing very well until she was to sick to continue riding.

She is survived by her husband, Rob Thompson of Santa Fe; her son, Michaud (Arlene) Ray, Henderson, Nev.; her sisters, Karen Deacon, Monte Vista, and Christina Jesperson (Tom Gray), Redondo Beach, Calif.; her niece, Janine (Andy) White, Austin, Texas; and her nephew, Matthew (Kazie) Deacon, South Fork.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
