ALAMOSA — Alamosa resident Sharon Mary Mullins, passed away May 22, 2019.  She was born Dec. 18, 1956 in Los Angeles, Calif. to Glenn and Joanna Stewart.  Sharon loved animals and spent much of her life working with various animals, horses and horse trainers.  She also had a love for learning, earning her Bachelors Degrees as a Psychiatric Technician from Cal Poly University as well as her Aquaculture Degree from Trinidad State.

Sharon is survived by her husband Darby Mullins of Alamosa, her brothers, Jack Stewart and Glenn Stewart, Jr. both of Santa Maria, Calif. as well as her cousins, Suzy Wyer, Alicia Stewart and numerous others as well as extended loving family.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
